Strawberry Lemon Balsamic Vinegar Mocktail
Sip into summer with our Strawberry Lemon Balsamic Mocktail! This refreshing drink blends juicy strawberries, zesty lemon simple syrup, bubbly club soda, and a splash of Oliver’s Own Vecchio Balsamic Vinegar for a tangy twist. Served over ice, it’s a vibrant, alcohol-free way to cool down and celebrate the season. Cheers!
Ingredients
- 1/2 strawberry, in two quarters (or more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon simple syrup (or plain simple syrup and a lemon wedge)
- Ice
- 1/4 cup club soda
- 1-2 teaspoons Oliver's Own Vecchio Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
In a rocks glass place strawberry pieces and lemon simple syrup (or plain simple syrup and a lemon wedge), then muddle until strawberries are well incorporated into the simple syrup.
Add ice to glass, then top with club soda.
Finally, drizzle balsamic vinegar over the top, and gently stir
Note: This would also make a great cocktail with the addition of bourbon or vodka.
