Salmon with Lemon & Dill

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. King salmon fillets
  • ¼ C. Butter, melted
  • 5 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Dried dill weed
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic powder
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Lightly grease a medium baking dish an place the salmon in it.

  3. Mix butter and lemon juice in a small bowl, drizzle over salmon.

  4. Season with dill, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until salmon is easily flaked with a fork, about 25 minutes.
