Rum Grapefruit Smash

- Serves: 1 serving
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Bati White Rum
- 2 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- .25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- .25 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 Dash Salt
- 3-4 oz. Sparkling Wine or Soda Water
- Garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients except for sparkling wine/soda water to a collins glass over crushed ice.
Top with sparkling wine or soda water.
Garnish with large grapefruit wedge.
