Rosemary’s Cocktail

  • 3 ounces Emerald Giant Redwood Empire Whiskey
  • 1 ounce Rosemary Honey Syrup
  • 3 dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • Syrup:
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 to 4 springs of fresh rosemary


  1. Stir all ingredients together in a tall glass with ice. Strain over cubes into a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon and a sprig of fresh rosemary.

  2. Syrup: Add everything in a heavy bottom pan and bring it to boil. Then lower the heat to low and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Let it cool down completely, then remove the rosemary sprigs. Store the rosemary honey simple syrup in a glass airtight jar in the refrigerator.
