- 1 (750ml) bottle Balletto Rosé Wine, kept cold
- 1 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz. Cucumber Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- Cucumber Slices (for garnish)
Combine Elderflower liqueur, cucumber vodka, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is well-frosted, then strain into a chilled wine glass.
Top with chilled Balletto Rosé, and finish with cucumber slices to garnish.
