- 1 (750ml) bottle Sparkling Rosé Wine, chilled
- 1 (16oz) container Raspberry Sorbet or Sorbetto
- 1 (6oz) package Fresh Raspberries
- 8 sprigs Fresh Mint
Into several cocktail glasses, scoop one or two small scoops of raspberry sorbet. Bruise mint leaves gently, then add 2 leaves to each cocktail glass and with 2 to 3 raspberries.
Top with sparkling rosé to finish. Serve immediately.
