- 2 cups frozen banana chunks
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Sport Whey Protein Vanilla
- ½ cup milk or non-dairy milk of your choice (whole milk suggested)
- 3 Tbsp powdered peanut butter such as PB2
- ½ cup shelled/salted/roasted peanuts
Place all ingredients into a food processor using the "s" blade or high speed blender that has a tamper, Blend until smooth.
Add peanuts and pulse several times.
Serve ice cream immediately for the best texture.
