Pendleton Old Fashioned
An Old Fashioned is a true classic, and this recipe elevates it with the addition of an exceptionally distilled local whiskey.

Ingredients
- 2 parts Pendleton Whiskey
- 1/4 part Stirrings Simple Syrup
- Peychaud's Bitters
- navel orange peel
- 3 Hotel Starlino Cherries of Italy
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice. Pour and strain over a large ice cube in a lowball glass. Garnish with expressed orange peel & cherry.
