Nixie Strawberry Hibiscus Mojito

This refreshing blend of ripe strawberries, zesty lime, and cool mint, elevated with a hint of white rum and sparkling water, is the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the season.

Ingredients

  • 6 Strawberries
  • 6 Mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 Cup of ice
  • 1 can of Nixie Strawberry Hibiscus Sparkling Water
  • 4 oz white rum
  • Liquid Stevia

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle together 6 strawberries, 6 mint leaves, and the juice of 1 lime until well combined

  2. Add in 10 drops of stevia and 4 oz of white rum to the shaker

  3. Add 1 cup of ice to the shaker as well

  4. Shake vigorously until the mixture is thoroughly chilled, and the flavors have melded together

  5. Strain the mixture evenly into 2 glasses filled with ice

  6. Top each glass with half a can of Nixie Strawberry Hibiscus Sparkling Water

  7. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a sprig of mint for a burst of color and flavor.
