Marinated Celebration Roast with Roasted Onions

Don’t leave them crunching on carrots grab a Field Roast Vegan Celebration Roast and make this delicious recipe!

  • Serves: 3 servings
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 30 minutes


  • 1 lb. Celebration Roast, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 Onion, peeled and sliced into 1-inch rounds
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Parsley or rosemary, chopped


  1. Cook Celebration Roast according to package.

  2. Toss peeled onion in some of the olive oil. Add a little salt and place on sheet pan.

  3. Roast onion in 350°F oven until browned or slightly blackened.

  4. Place cooked & sliced Celebration Roast on a platter, interspersed with the roasted onion.

  5. Dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle on black pepper and garnish with chopped parsley or rosemary.
