Mango Coconut Granola Parfaits
Summer in Sonoma County is the perfect time to host a brunch for your family and friends. This week we’ve rounded up some of our Brunch favorites to help get you inspired, as well as all of the staples you need to host the perfect Brunch including GT’s Cocoyo Coconut Yogurt and Keitt Mangos*. This easy to assemble and scrumptious parfait will bring a touch of elegance to your brunch table!

Ingredients
- 2 ripe Keitt Mangos, diced
- 2 cups GT’s Cocoyo Coconut Yogurt (Suggested flavor: Vanilla)
- 2 cups Oliver’s Own Cranberry “Coco-Nut” Granola
- Berries and honey, optional, for topping
Instructions
Pour a ¼ cup yogurt into the bottom of four rounded glasses. Add a ¼ cup of granola to each glass and gently spread into a smooth layer. Then layer a ¼ cup of diced mango over the granola. Follow with another layer of yogurt, then granola and finally the diced mango. Top with a drizzle of honey and berries, if using. Enjoy!
