Mango Coconut Granola Parfaits



  • Serves: 4 servings
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes


  • 2 Ripe Mangos, diced
  • 2 C. Ellenos Greek Yogurt (Suggested flavor: Vanilla)
  • 2 cups Oliver’s Own Cranberry “Coco-Nut” Granola
  • Berries and honey, optional, for topping


  1. Pour a ¼ cup yogurt into the bottom of four rounded glasses. Add a ¼ cup of granola to each glass and gently spread into a smooth layer. Then layer a ¼ cup of diced mango over the granola. Follow with another layer of yogurt, then granola and finally the diced mango. Top with a drizzle of honey and berries, if using. Enjoy!
