Lemon Pepper Crusted Corvina Seabass

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Corvina Seabass Fillets
  • 4 Tbs. Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp. Sweet paprika
  • 8 tsp. Butter, cut into pads
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.

  2. Pat fish fillets dry and place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

  3. Pour lemon juice over fish fillets.

  4. In a small Bowl, mix together lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, sweet paprika and sea salt then sprinkle evenly over the fish.

  5. Place pads of butter on top of the fish fillets.

  6. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until fish turns white and flakes with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145 °F.

  7. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
