Iced Green Tea

Looking for a refreshing pick-me-up cold-brew tea? Look no further! This Iced Green Tea is a great refresher to accompany your lunch and packed with antioxidants and nutrients.

  • 4 c. boiling water
  • 8 tea bags Traditional Medicinals Green Tea
  • 2 c. cold water
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • OPTIONAL: Add lemons or limes and mint for extra flavor.


  1. In a saucepan, pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and steep for about 1-3 minutes.

  2. Remove tea bags from water, squeezing gently.

  3. Stir in 2 cups cold water and honey, stirring until honey has dissolved.

  4. Serve immediately over ice, or let tea come to room temperature and then serve over ice.
