Grilled Watermelon With Honey Lime Glaze

Ingredients
- ½ Seedless watermelon (cut into 1-inch thick wedges)
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: fresh mint, feta crumbles, chili flakes, or crushed pistachios
Instructions
Cut the seedless watermelon into large wedges then pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Lightly brush both sides of the watermelon slices with olive oil.
Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high, and grill the watermelon for 2 to 3 minutes per side, just until grill marks appear and the texture begins to soften.
While the watermelon is grilling, mix the honey, fresh lime juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl to create the glaze.
Once grilled, place the watermelon on a serving platter and drizzle with the honey-lime glaze.
For extra flair and flavor, top with optional garnishes like fresh mint, crumbled feta, chili flakes, or crushed pistachios.
