Grilled Steak & Asparagus


  • 2 oz. Oliver’s Own Arbequina Olive Oil
  • 2 oz. Oliver’s Own Balsamic Vinegar
  • Kinder’s “The Blend” seasoning
  • 1 lb. Asparagus
  • Oliver’s Choice New York Steaks


  1. In a plastic bag mix Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, and a healthy shake of Kinder's seasoning.

  2. Trim Asparagus and place in bag to marinate for 1 hour, for best flavor.

  3. Bring steak to room temperature for 20 min and preheat your grill to medium high.

  4. Season steak on both sides with seasoning and grill for 5 Minutes a side for Medium Rare.

  5. On other side of grill, put foil over the grate and grill asparagus on foil for 10-15 minutes or until reaching your desired doneness.

  6. When Steak is done, Tent with foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
