Gluten-Free Brownies

  • Serves: 1 dozen Brownies
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 35-40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Almond Flour
  • 1 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 5 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and thoroughly grease and flour an 8x8 pan. In a medium bowl, combine butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla; in a separate bowl, sift together almond flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Slowly stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until a batter forms.

  2. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth into corners. Bake brownies for 35 to 40 minutes or unti top is set and sharp knife inserted in the center comes out clean/very nearly clean. Allow brownies to cool for about 15 minutes for cutting.
