Elevenses
Named after a traditional late morning break centered around one’s preference for tea or whiskey, Elevenses is a whiskey cocktail crafted from tea, preserves and the notes of biscuit and dry fruit in Tullamore D.E.W. Original Irish whiskey.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Tullamore D.E.W. Original Irish Whiskey
- 2 barspoons raspberry preserves
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 ounces Irish breakfast tea (strongly brewed)
- Lemon peel
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Hard shake and strain over fresh ice into a collins glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
