Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 C. Pasta of choice
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 C. Butcher’s Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 C. Yellow onion, Diced
  • 1 C. Carrots, diced
  • 1 C. Cooked chicken breast or thigh, cubed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook desired pasta according to directions on packaging and drain well.

  2. Melt butter and sauté onions and carrots until translucent.

  3. Bring Butcher’s Chicken Bone Broth to simmer and add onions and carrots, cubed chicken, and pasta.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
