  • 1 tbsp. Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • 3 tsp. Powdered Sugar
  • 1 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 scoop Garden of Life Collagen Peptides
  • Whole Milk (for serving)


  1. Whisk together Matcha, powdered sugar, and Garden of Life Collagen Peptides, then whisk into heavy whipping cream. Using an electric beater, beat on high until stiff peaks form.

  2. To serve, pour whole milk in the bottom of a chilled glass to form the first layer. Dollop matcha foam atop milk, being careful not to mix, to form the second layer. Serve immediately.
