Ingredients

  • 1 (1-1 1/2lb) Pork Tenderloin, membrane removed
  • 3 tbsp. Acre Coffee, ground as finely as possible
  • 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill on medium-high heat for indirect cooking. Whisk together Acre coffee, spices, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper in a small mixing bowl. Stir vegetable oil and Worcestershire sauce into spice mix to make a paste; rub tenderloin with spice paste to coat.

  2. Sear pork tenderloin on all sides on the hottest part of the grill, about 1 minute per side. Move to the indirect heat and close cover; grill for 4 to 6 minutes or until internal temperature reads 140 degrees. Allow tenderloin to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
