California Whiskey Punch

Made with craft California whiskey from Redwood Empire and Fever Tree Ginger Beer, this delicious punch is smacks of everything California. Try it with your favorite local honey to bring some extra Sonoma County flavor to the party!


  • Serves: 10-12 servings
  • Prep Time: 8 hours
  • Cook Time: 5 minutes


  • 1 c. Redwood Empire “Pipe Dream” Bourbon Style Whiskey
  • 2-3 (16.9 oz) bottles Fever Tree Ginger Beer, chilled
  • 1/2 c. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 c. Wildflower Honey
  • 4 strips Fresh Orange Zest
  • 2 c. strong Lavender Earl Gray Tea, warm but not hot
  • Ice
  • Fresh Lemon Slices


  1. While tea is still warm, whisk together tea, Redwood Empire whiskey, lemon juice, honey, and orange zest. Cover loosely, and leave at room temperature overnight to marry.

  2. When ready to serve, add ice and one bottle of the chilled Fever Tree (two if making a large batch); reserve the remaining bottle to top off the punch as needed. Top with lemon slices to finish - serve immediately!
