  • Serves: 4-6
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 strips Sonoma County Meat Co. Bacon
  • 2 tablespoons Clover butter
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halvedhttps://www.oliversmarket.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2553&action=edit
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate, then roughly chop. In same pan with bacon fat, melt butter over high heat.
