Blueberry Sauvignon Blanc Sangria
Bright, crisp Sauvignon Blanc meets the juicy sweetness of fresh blueberries in our refreshing Blueberry Sauvignon Blanc Sangria. Lightly kissed with citrus and a sparkling finish, it’s the perfect pour for warm evenings, backyard gatherings, or anytime you want summer in a glass.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750ml) Sauvignon Blanc (chilled)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries (optional)
- 1 lemon thinly sliced
- 1 lime thinly sliced
- 1-2 tbsp honey or agave (optional, to taste)
- 1/2 cup brandy or elderflower liqueur
- 1 cup sparkling water (chilled)
- Ice, for serving
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large pitcher, add blueberries, sliced strawberries, lemon, and lime.
Lightly muddle a few blueberries to release their juice for extra flavor.Pour in the Sauvignon Blanc and brandy/elderflower liqueur (if using).
Stir in honey/agave until dissolved.Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight) to let the flavors meld.
Just before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently.
Pour into glasses filled with ice, making sure to include fruit in each serving.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
