Basil Hayden Old Fashioned
The quintessential whiskey cocktail, this Old Fashioned is the true test of a good bartender. Impress dad this Father’s Day by giving him a truly high class experience!

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Basil Hayden Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 Sugar Cube
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Orange Peel, for garnish
Instructions
Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a rocks glass and lash with 2 dashes of bitters. Mix with one bar spoon of water and muddle until sugar is completely dissolved. Add bourbon and stir.
To finish, add one large ice cube. Allow to sit for half a minute to dilute slightly, then add orange peel and serve.
