1-Hour Easter Ham

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Niman Ranch Smoked Ham
  • 1/2 c. Pear nectar (Kerns Nectar)
  • 1/2 c. Orange juice
  • 1/2 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place ham, cut end down, in a large baking pan. Mix together pear nectar and orange juice in a bowl. Bake ham in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, basting twice with juice mixture.

  2. Mix together brown sugar and honey in a small bowl. Brush mixture over ham and bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature measures 140 degrees on an instant-read meat thermometer. Serve immediately.
