Family Pizza Night (Hawaiian and Pepperoni)

Ingredients

  • 2 (8oz.) packages Costeaux Bakery Pizza Dough, thawed
  • 1 (26.46oz.) container Pomi Tomato Passata
  • 1 (16 oz) Galbani Fresh Mozzarella Log, sliced
  • 1 (6 oz.) package Jones Sliced Canadian Bacon
  • 1 can Native Forest Organic Pineapple, drained
  • 1 (3 oz) package Niman Ranch Sliced Pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 475°F. If using a pizza stone or baking sheet, preheat it in the oven.

  2. Stretch each pizza dough into a round on a floured surface.

  3. Spread a thin layer of passata over each crust.

  4. Top one pizza with mozzarella, Canadian bacon, and pineapple. Top the other pizza with mozzarella and pepperoni or sliced meats.

  5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted. Slice and serve warm.

  6. Tip: Drain pineapple well so the crust stays crisp.
