Pear Brandy Collins

Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces Clear Creek Pear Brandy
- ¾ ounce Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- ½ ounce Simple Syrup
- Fill with Fever-Tree Club Soda
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, shake brandy, lemon, and simple syrup , and strain over ice into a highball glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
