Vegan Gluten-Free Margharita Pizza

The perfect pizza is everything. Sure, you can order out for pizza, but what’s the fun in that? Creating your own pizza at home is as easy as pie, even if you have dietary restrictions. This recipe takes advantage of the many items we are featuring this week* as part of our Family Pizza Night promotion; enjoy savings as you create this vegan and gluten-free delight!


  • Serves: 4-5 servings
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 15 minutes


  • 1 Caulipower Frozen Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 16 ounce container Oliver’s Own Pizza Sauce, or your favorite sauce
  • 1/4 cup Miyoko’s Vegan Liquid Mozzarella, well shaken
  • Organic Roots Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or your favorite olive oil
  • Organic fresh basil


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove crust from box, overwrap, & cardboard, and cover with desired amount of sauce.

  2. Pour cheese lightly and evenly over your sauced pizza crust (don't apply too thick). You can carefully spread out with the bottom of a spoon. Be careful not to mix the cheese with the sauce too much.

  3. Cook topped crust directly on the middle rack (no pan needed!) until cheese is golden brown and crust is crispy, typically 12-15 minutes. To serve, top with drizzled EVOO and fresh basil leaves.
