- 8 ripe Avocados
- 1 Pint Oliver's Own Pico de Gallo
- 2-3 Lime wedges
- 1 pinch kosher salt
Cut the avocados in half and carefully remove the pit. With a large spoon, scoop the avocado flesh into a large serving bowl. Vigorously mash with a fork, until desired consistency is reached(some like it smooth, others like it chunky!).
Combine the pico de gallo with the mashed avocados. Mix gently until thoroughly combined. Squeeze on lime wedges and add a pinch of kosher salt to taste. Serve right away with tortilla chips, or store tightly covered in the fridge.
