The Laverstoke

The Laverstoke cocktail uses Bombay Sapphire, MARTINI Bianco Vermouth, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur & gently squeezed lime wedges then topped with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale & finished off with fragrant but spicy ginger slices & bright & a fresh mint sprig.


  • 2 lime wedges - well squeezed
  • 1 ginger root slice
  • 15ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 15ml Martini Bianco
  • 50ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 100ml Fever Tree Ginger Ale (chilled & freshly opened)
  • 1 mint sprig


  1. Squeeze 2 lime wedges into a balloon glass then add a ginger root slice Measure & pour in the St-Germain, MARTINI Bianco & Bombay Sapphire in that order.

  2. Swirl well to mix then fill the glass full of cubed ice.

  3. Briefly stir to chill then carefully add the ginger ale then gently fold/stir to combine.

  4. Finally, garnish with a mint sprig.
