Oliver’s Market Cocktail of the Week features Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon, be sure to take advantage of the sale price* and enjoy this cocktail at home!

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 fresh strawberries
- 2 ounces Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
Instructions
In a mixing glass, gently muddle strawberries and lime juice. Add Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon and simple syrup, shake with ice until well chilled. Strain cocktail over ice into a Collins glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
