  • Serves: 4-6 servings
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 30-45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Organic Sweet Potatoes, scrubbed
  • 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • Olive Oil (for drizzling)
  • Ranch Dressing or Ketchup (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and prepare a large baking tray with a piece of parchment paper. Halve the sweet potatoes widthwise, then turn the halves on their cut end and cut into about 3 slices (for smaller ones, simply halve lengthwise again). Cut sweet potato slices into sticks about 2 inches in length, and spread over prepared tray.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together spices, salt, and pepper until evenly combined. Drizzle sweet potatoes evenly with olive oil, then sprinkle with an even coating of spice mixture. Toss pieces until all are evenly coated with both oil and spices, then flatten into a single layer.

  3. Bake fries for 30 to 45 minutes or until tender and golden, flipping once halfway through cooking. Serve hot with ranch dressing or ketchup for dipping.
