Rosé Infused Berry-Cherry Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 C. Cherries, pitted
  • 1 C. Strawberries, hulled
  • 3/4 C. Rosé wine
  • 1/4 C. Simple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend the cherries and strawberries together.

  2. In a bowl, mix the fruit puree, rosé wine, simple syrup, and lemon juice and pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.

  4. To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.

  5. Tip: For a kid-friendly version, replace rosé with sparkling grape juice.
