Pulled Maitake Mushroom Sliders

  • Serves: 12 sliders
  • Cook Time: 40 minutes


  • 1-1.5 lbs Maitake Mushrooms
  • 12 ct. King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • Oliver's Own BBQ Sauce
  • 1 bag Fresh Express Coleslaw Mix
  • Butter, softened


  1. Saute mushrooms in a large pan with 1-2 tbsp. butter until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Mix in desired amount of Oliver’s Own BBQ Sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.

  2. Slice rolls in half, spread with butter and toast butter side up in a preheated oven at 350F for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare coleslaw according to package directions.

  3. Add mushroom mix to rolls and top with coleslaw. Enjoy!
