Pigs in a Blanket


  • 1 (8-count) Can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 8 Hot dogs
  • 1 Egg lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • Sesame seeds for topping


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet and set aside.

  3. Separate crescent dough into triangles.

  4. Place a hot dog at the wide end of each triangle and roll up.

  5. Place on prepared baking sheet.

  6. In a small bowl, combine egg and water.

  7. Brush egg wash over the tops of the rolls.

  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and press gently into rolls.

  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
