Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

These crispy, crusty pork chops get a punch of flavor from parmesan cheese.

  • Serves: 4 servings
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 5-10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 Oliver's Natural Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 c. Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp. Rosemary
  • 1 tsp. Parsley
  • 1 tsp. Basil
  • 1/2 tsp. Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 3 Eggs, beaten with 1 tbsp. Water
  • 2 tbsp. Canola Oil

Instructions

  1. On a plate, combine herbs, salt, and pepper with flour; on a separate plate, mix panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Set up a breading station - start with flour, followed by egg wash, followed by panko-parmesan mixture. Coat pork chops first in flour, then in egg, then in panko; for a thicker crust, dip again in egg then again in panko.

  2. Heat oil in a large pan. Sear pork chops on each side until the crust is crisp and golden, the center of the chop is firm, and the juices run clear.
