- 1/4 c. Garden of Life Doctor-Formulated MCT Oil
- 1/4 c. Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Ginger, grated
- 2 Garlic Cloves, grated
- 2 tsp. Maple Syrup or Honey (optional)
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- Salt & Black Pepper
Whisk together all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl, then season to taste with salt and black pepper.
