Lemon Garlic Aioli

I dip, you dip, we all dip! Try this delicious dip with your next hearty artichoke, and eat your heart out.


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper until well blended.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.

  3. Before serving, taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
