Lemon Garlic Aioli
I dip, you dip, we all dip! Try this delicious dip with your next hearty artichoke, and eat your heart out.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
Before serving, taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
