  • Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • Cedar Plank or Chips
  • jar with a lid
  • lighter or torch

Instructions

  1. Use the lighter or torch to char the chips or plank, then hold the jar over the burned area to capture the smoke. Once you've got enough, pour in your cocktail, add a lid to the jar, swirl it around for about 30 seconds, then pour into a serving glass.
