Honey & Nut Glazed Brie

We all know and love that sweet taste of honey. But did you know it has more usages than just a teaspoon in your tea? Check out these recipes we’ve gathered that pay homage to our favorite pantry staple – honey!

  • Serves: 16-20 servings
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes


  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 8oz. wheel of Brie cheese (about 5-inch diameter)


  1. In a small bowl, combine honey, pecans and brandy.

  2. Place cheese on a large ovenproof platter or 9-inch pie plate. Bake in preheated 500*F oven 4-5 minutes or until cheese softens.

  3. Drizzle honey mixture over top of cheese. Bake 2-3 minutes longer or until topping is thoroughly heated. Do not melt cheese.
