  • 1 1/4 c. Garden of Life Vanilla or Chocolate Plant Protein
  • 1/2 c. Almond Milk
  • 1 c. Peanut or Almond Butter
  • 1 c. Rolled Oats
  • 1 c. Flax Seed Meal
  • 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup


  1. In a medium saucepan, combine almond milk, peanut or almond butter, and maple syrup on medium heat. Whisk in Garden of Life Plant Protein, flax meal, and rolled oats; when mixture is warm but not hot, remove from heat.

  2. Pour mixture into an 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan lined with parchment paper, spreading into an even layer that reaches all 4 corners. Chill bars until solid, about 1 hour, then cut to desired size or shape. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
