Homemade, No-Bake Protein Bars

These simple protein bars are a great healthy replacement for high-carb snack bars and junk food. Packed with the power of protein and your favorite nut butter, they’re super fun to make with the whole family and totally guilt-free to enjoy!

 

  • Serves: 8-12 Bars
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 c. Almond Milk
  • 1 c. Peanut or Almond Butter
  • 1 c. Rolled Oats
  • 1 c. Flax Seed Meal
  • 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine almond milk, peanut or almond butter, and maple syrup on medium heat. Whisk in protein powder, flax meal, and rolled oats; when mixture is warm but not hot, remove from heat.

  2. Pour mixture into an 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan lined with parchment paper, spreading into an even layer that reaches all 4 corners. Chill bars until solid, about 1 hour, then cut to desired size or shape. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
