Herb-Crusted Pork Loin

This pork tenderloin is a cinch to make and just as delicious.

  • Serves: 4-6 servings

  • Cook Time: 15-20 minutes


  • 1 Oliver's Own Natural Boneless Pork Tenderloin
  • 1/4 c. Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tbsp. Herbs de Provence
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pat down tenderloin with paper towels to remove excess moisture, then season with salt and pepper. Coat in dijon mustard, then press on herb de provence until entire tenderloin is covered.

  2. Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes, flipping the tenderloin halfway through, or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the tenderloin register 150 degrees.
