Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds heirloom tomatoes, sliced (use a variety of shapes and colors)
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese, drained and patted dry
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup basil pesto

Instructions

  1. Layer the sliced tomatoes on a large serving platter. Nestle the burrata into the tomatoes, gently breaking the burrata apart to expose the creamy center. Season the tomatoes and burrata generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Finally, drizzle the basil pesto over the top. Serve immediately.
