  • Serves: 4 servings
  • Prep Time: 15 mintues
  • Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 inch Snake river Farms American Wagyu Boneless Beef New York Steaks
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator about 20 minutes before grilling and let rest, covered, at room temperature.

  2. Fire up the grill on high heat. Brush both sides of the steaks with oil and season liberally with Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place steaks on the grill and cook until slightly charred, 4 to 5 minutes. Turn the steaks over and continue to grill 3 to 5 minutes for medium-rare (an internal temperature of 135F), 5 to 7 minutes for medium (140F) or 8 to 10 minutes for medium-well (150F).

  3. Transfer the steaks to a cutting board or platter, tent loosely with foil and let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
