- 1 Bunch green onions, washed and dried
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preheat a stove-top or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
Cut off the root end of the onions, being careful to cut right at the bottom so the bulb stays together. On a baking sheet, toss them with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Once the grill is hot, add the onions and grill, turning once, until grill marks appear and the onions feel fork tender all the way through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Remove from grill and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
