Grilled Bone-In Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 Bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Black pepper
  • 2 Sprigs fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat pork chops dry.

  2. Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  3. Rub chops with olive oil, then apply spice mix evenly on both sides.

  4. Heat grill to medium-high (400°F/200°C), setting up for direct heat.

  5. Place pork chops on the grill. Cook 4-5 minutes per side, flipping once, until golden and internal temperature reaches 145°F. If using thyme, place sprigs on chops during the last minute of grilling for extra flavor.

  6. Remove chops from grill and let rest 5 minutes.
