Grilled Bone-In Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 2 Bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Black pepper
- 2 Sprigs fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions
Pat pork chops dry.
Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Rub chops with olive oil, then apply spice mix evenly on both sides.
Heat grill to medium-high (400°F/200°C), setting up for direct heat.
Place pork chops on the grill. Cook 4-5 minutes per side, flipping once, until golden and internal temperature reaches 145°F. If using thyme, place sprigs on chops during the last minute of grilling for extra flavor.
Remove chops from grill and let rest 5 minutes.
