Grapefruit Cooler
A refreshing drink for summer parties and BBQs. This light vodka cocktail recipe has a serious zing.
- Serves: 1 drink
Ingredients
- Whole Grapes
- 2/3 part Lemon Juice
- 1/3 part Agave Nectar
- 2 2/3 Parts White Wine
- 1 1/2 parts Absolut Grapefruit Vodka
- Ice Cubes
- 3 whole grapes, for garnish
Instructions
Muddle grapes in a shaker. Add lemon juice, agave nectar, white wine, Absolut Grapefruit Vodka and ice cubes. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with grapes.
