Game Day Good from our Butchers – Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

Our Windsor Meat Manager, Mitch Dearmon, brings you this incredible recipe for Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin.
Ingredients
- Pork Tenderloin
- 1 lb. Oliver's Own Bacon
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
Delicately wrap the pork tenderloin in Oliver's Own Bacon and carefully roll in cornmeal. Deep fry to a caramel brown and lightly drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
