Game Day Brie with Sweet & Spicy Jelly
This fun use of flavors, textures and presentation will surely elevate your game day celebration! Handmade with farmstead milk from their Holstein Cows, ‘Locarno’ expresses the unique terrior of Nicasio Valley Cheese Co.’s certified organic Marin Dairy.

Ingredients
- 1 wheel of Nicasio Valley Cheese Co. Locarno
- Farmer’s Only Daughter Apricot Pepper Jelly
- Rustic Bakery Flatbreads
Instructions
Refrigerate brie until chilled and firm (or freeze 30 minutes). Place brie on a serving platter. Using a sharp paring knife or cookie cutter, cut a football shape out of the center of the brie wheel and remove to serving platter. Fill football-shaped hole with apricot pepper jelly. Serve with Rustic Bakery Flatbreads or bread slices.
