- 3 Heirloom Tomatoes, on the larger side
- 1lb. Fresh Mozzarella, sliced (1/4" thick)
- 1 bunch basil
- Estra Virgin Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Coarse Sea Salt
- Fresh Ground Pepper
Slice tomatoes about 1/4" thick. Slice mozzarella in same thickness as well.
Layer alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella, adding a basil leaf in between.
If desired, drizzle the salad with extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, to taste.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to desired taste.
